Member Nomination
Team Focus Indiana is looking for nominations of individuals who excel in and out of the classroom, on and off the field (court), and/or in their community to be a part of the founding class.
Please remember, Team Focus Indiana is a mentoring/leadership program focused on helping young men ages 10-16 who are growing up without a father-figure in their life guiding them to the Ultimate Victory through Jesus Christ.
